Stripe Connect Dashboard
Overview
The Stripe Connect dashboard lets you link your Stripe account to your Racery race so that entry fees and donations flow directly to your organization. Stripe also processes payments for companies like Target and Uber — Racery never stores or accesses your credit card information.
Accessing the Dashboard
From your race's dashboard hub, look for the Stripe connection option in the sidebar under SETUP. This is a standard tool available to all sponsors.
Connecting Stripe
To connect your Stripe account:
- Click the Stripe connection option in the dashboard
- You'll be redirected to Stripe's authorization page
- Log in to your existing Stripe account or create a new one
- Authorize Racery to send payments to your account
- You'll be redirected back to Racery with the connection confirmed
Tip: Don't have a Stripe account? You can register for one directly during the connection process. Stripe setup takes just a few minutes.
Transaction Flow
Once connected, payments flow like this:
- A racer pays the registration fee (or makes a donation) on the race page
- Stripe processes the payment securely
- The net amount (minus Stripe's processing fee) flows to your Stripe account
- Racery invoices its platform fee separately
Entry fees and donations appear in your Stripe dashboard immediately. You can track all transactions in real time.

Good to know: Racery funds its operations through racer entry fees, not donations. 100% of donations (minus Stripe's processing fee) go to the connected charity.
Verifying Your Connection
After connecting, verify the setup by:
- Checking that the Stripe connection shows as "connected" in the dashboard
- Making a small test registration to confirm payments appear in your Stripe account
- Reviewing the Race proceeds report to verify transaction tracking
